Paul A. Gydosh Jr., CFP®, Managing Director
As the Managing Director of Kensington Wealth Partners, Ltd., Paul provides counseling and implementation strategies for wealth preservation and transfer. His clients include successful individuals, professional, business owners and executives of private and public enterprises.
He helps accomplish his clients' objectives through financial, estate and investment planning as well as tax reduction and charitable giving strategies.
Paul has been listed in WORTH Magazine as one of the top 250 financial advisors in America in multiple years. Business First of Columbus has listed him among its Top Financial Planners in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. Columbus CEO Magazine recently named Paul a Superstar for the Year 2007, in the Finance and Accounting category.
Paul maintains the professional and educational requirements for the certification as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®). He also maintains securities registrations and insurance licensing in many states. Paul is among the charter group of NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisors providing financial counseling to their members, affiliated with the National Football League.

He is a co-author of the book, "Giving: Philanthropy for Everyone." He has written numerous published articles on advanced estate planning and is a frequent lecturer, nationally, on the subject of finance, investing, and charitable giving. Paul has made numerous media appearances on television, radio and in print including, Fortune Magazine, Kiplingers, and others. He regularly addresses industry, university and client organizations on topics of current interest.
Paul received a Masters in Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. He also received a Bachelors Degree in Elecrical Engineering from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
Within Lincoln Financial Advisors, he is a perennial Chairman's Council qualifier, active in several national advisory councils, and chairs the practice development committee as a board member of The Resource Group of Lincoln Financial Advisors.
Paul's civic and community involvement, past or present, includes: Adjunct Professor of Finance at Franklin University, Chairman of the Mayor's Advisory Council on Voluntary Services (Columbus), Board Member of the Caring Program for Children, President of the Duke Club of Columbus, and a Kilbourne Society Member at the Children's Hospital Foundation; as well as Dublin rotary, Worthington Education Foundation and Upper Arlington Schools Business Advisory Council.
Paul, a licensed pilot, is married with two grown daughters and lives in Dublin, Ohio.
Paula D. Tarpey
Paula is the Director of Wealth Management for Kensington Wealth Partners, Ltd. ("KWP"). She focuses on the implementation of strategies for wealth accumulation, preservation, and transfer.
KWP’s clients include successful individuals, professionals, executives and members of private and public enterprises as well as foundations and trusts. Paula ensures that all of our clients’ financial plan objectives are met by interfacing with their legal and accounting advisors and other national planning design resources. She participates in the design process of financial, estate and investment planning, and tax reduction and charitable giving strategies and is responsible for investment portfolio design and execution. Paula develops strategies for overall risk management and solutions for concentrated stock positions.
Her background also includes almost ten years of commercial and private banking experience and several years of investment banking experience, specifically to the telecommunications and technology industry.
Paula received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She holds the Series 7 securities registration through the National Association of Securities (NASD).
Paula has been honored with national speaking engagements on the topics of financial planning case design, portfolio investment tools for charitable foundations, and practice management.
Previously as an investment banker, Paula addressed numerous organizations within the telecommunications and technology industries, focusing on access to capital and financing opportunities. Locally, Paula has presented to woman's business organizations.
Paula has participated in a number of business and social organizations. For six years Paula served on the Board of Trustees for Center for New Directions, a United Way agency and served as treasurer during her tenure on the board. She was selected to serve on the Mayor's Equal Business Opportunity Council. Additionally, she volunteers within the Olentangy For Kids organization, serving as a volunteer coordinator and, most recently, as Director of Campaign Fundraising.
Paula is married, has two children, and lives in Lewis Center, Ohio. She is an avid runner and completed the Boston Marathon in 2007.
